Daspalla: A man died after being hit by a speeding car near Sariganda petrol pump in Nayagarh district on Tuesday. The identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained.
According to the reports, a speeding car reportedly dashed against the bike near Sariganda in front of the petrol pump. As a result, the biker died on the spot.
On being informed a team from Daspalla police station and Fire Department Personnel reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem. The cops have launched a probe to ascertain the circumstances that led to such a road mishap.
