India’s Yuki Bhambri and his French partner Albano Olivetti clinched the men’s doubles title at the Swiss Open ATP Tour tennis tournament defeating the French pair of Ugo Humbert and Fabrice Martin 3-6 6-3 10-6 in the final in Gstaad, Switzerland.
The final match spanned one hour and six minutes, with neither pair yielding ground, culminating in the Indo-French team of Bhambri and Olivetti claiming victory.
This triumph marked Bhambri’s third ATP doubles title at the age of 32, and his second in partnership with Olivetti. Bhambri’s first ATP title was secured at the 2023 Mallorca Championships alongside Lloyd Harris, followed by a second win at this year’s BMW Open with Olivetti.
Having entered the top 50 in the doubles rankings on June 24, Bhambri’s latest victory is set to boost his standing even further.
