Bhubaneswar: Eminent Odia litterateur and journalist Manorama Mohapatra will be performed with State honours.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the last rites of Manorama will be performed at Puri Swargadwar in this afternoon. Manorama died in Cuttack on Saturday. She was 87.
The former editor of Odia daily ‘Samaja’ was rushed to the SCB Medical College and Hospital after she complained of chest pain. She died while undergoing treatment.
