Bhubaneswar: Utkal University on Wednesday informed that law colleges under the varsity will conduct examinations online.
According to University Exam controller, Sharat Kumar Majhi, the university authorities took the decision after the students belonging to four Law colleges staged a demonstration in front of the Utkal University in Bhubaneswar on Monday.
The pending exams will be conducted on emergency basis. However, adequate gaps will be given between each test so that students get adequate time to prepare, he said.
Notably, students from the University Law College, Capital Law College, Madhu Sudan Law College, and The Law College protested against the decision to conduct pending four-semester examinations in offline mode.
