Bhubaneswar: Kharabela Nagar police have arrested two persons for allegedly committing theft at a mobile shop in Bhubaneswar.
The accused has been identified as Chitta Ranjan Dalai (29) and Ajay Rao (23).
As per reports, the matter came to the fore after one Arun Swain lodged a complaint at the police station regarding the theft.
Acting on the complaint, police registered a case and arrested the accused duo. The cops also seized valuables worth lakhs of rupees, an auto-rickshaw, an LED TV, and a bike from their possession.
There are several pending thefts and snatching cases against the accused in different police stations in the city.
