Bhubaneswar: Police arrested three students for beating a junior at BJB College in Bhubaneswar while one has been sent to a correctional home for being a minor.
The action was taken on the basis of a complaint lodged by the Plus II first-year student after the video of him being thrashed went viral on social media on Wednesday.
In the videos, the seniors were seen abusing and assaulting the boy inside the campus. Some other students were also seen supporting them.
Meanwhile, College Principal said that other students have been warned to not indulge in such activities.
