Cuttack: Notorious gangster Usman Ali alias Tito landed in trouble after Orissa High Court directed police to arrest him for violating bail condition.
The directive came in the wake of the police statement before the court that the gangster didn’t cooperate with investigating agency. The court quashed the bail granted him earlier on certain conditions.
Tito had reportedly moved the Orissa High Court and filed a review petition seeking some changes in the conditions applied on his condition bail. He skipped appearance before police as per condition of his bail.
A single bench judge consisting Justice Sangam Kumar Sahoo directed the police to arrest Tito again.
Tito, who was involved in several criminal cases like murder and extortion, was arrested after he was injured in a police encounter near Chandikhole in Jajpur district in June, 2018.
