Bhubaneswar: Odisha government will issue a driving license (DL) and registration certificates (RC) in electronic self-printable PDF format from January 1.
Reportedly, a dedicated web portal has been developed to help people download these documents. Those who don’t have access to the internet can visit the nearest Jana Seva Kendras to get a copy of digital DL and RC.
Meanwhile, the department will stop issuing physical DLs and RCs for the vehicles.
