Odisha’s newly appointed Chief Secretary, Smt. Anu Garg paid a courtesy visit to Governor Dr Hari Babu Kambhampati at Lok Seva Bhawan on New Year’s Day.
During the meeting, Chief Secretary Garg extended New Year greetings to the Governor and discussed key administrative priorities for the state’s overall progress. Furthermore, she highlighted ongoing developmental initiatives and welfare programmes aimed at strengthening governance and improving the lives of citizens.
Moreover, both sides emphasised the importance of seamless coordination between the Governor’s office and the state administration to ensure effective governance. They agreed that such cooperation is vital for implementing policies efficiently and delivering results on the ground.
Governor Kambhampati welcomed the courtesy call and praised the administration’s dedication to public service. In addition, he stressed the need for teamwork to achieve collective goals. He underlined the importance of continuous development and citizen welfare, urging the administration to maintain its focus on sustainable growth throughout the year.
