Apple’s first foldable smartphone, the iPhone Duo, is set to open for pre-orders in India on Friday, Oct 16, at 5:30 PM IST.
Marked as Apple’s most premium smartphone release to date, the device starts at Rs 2,99,900 for the base 256GB model and scales up to Rs 4,49,900 for the top-tier 2TB variant. Official in-store sales and deliveries will begin on Oct 23.

Offered in Star White and Night Sky finishes, the dual-screen foldable boasts a 7.6-inch inner main display alongside a 5.4-inch outer screen. Powering the device is Apple’s A20 Pro chipset, enclosed in a durable grade-5 titanium frame and hinge mechanism.
The device also incorporates a 48-megapixel Dual Fusion camera system and a custom dual-battery architecture.
To soften the initial purchase cost, Apple’s India online store is offering instant cashbacks of up to Rs 7,000 for qualifying cardholders, alongside no-cost EMI options for up to six months.
Buyers can also leverage Apple Trade In for additional exchange credits on eligible older smartphones.
