Koraput: A cement-laden truck lost balance and turned turtle in Koraput district on Friday.
The incident took place on National Highway 2 near Daliamba Chhak in Koraput district. Fortunately, the driver and the helper had a narrow escape from the accident.
The exact cause of the mishap is yet to be ascertained, but it is suspected that the truck turned turtle due to the excess load of the cement bags in the truck.
The police on receiving information reached the spot and rescued the driver and the helper. The two injured then admitted to the hospital for treatment.
