Bhubaneswar: Locals looted vegetables after a truck carrying those overturned near the Palasuni flyover in the Odisha capital on Thursday morning.
As per reports, the incident took place while the truck was on its way to the Unit-I market when the driver lost control on the wheels and the vehicle turned turtle.
As the vegetables fell off the vehicle, locals gathered at the spot and picked up the produce violating Covid-19 guidelines. The driver and helper of the truck fled the place soon after the accident.
Later, Mancheswar police reached the spot and took the situation under control.
