Cuttack: Furthering the probe of POCSO court judge Subash Kumar Behari death case, Markatnagar Police received the post mortem report of deceased judge.
As per sources, post mortem report revealed hanging as cause of death.
family members of the special Pocso court judge, who was found hanging at his official residence in Cuttack on Friday, have demanded a thorough probe into the case which was prima facie treated as suicide by police.
Judge Subash Kumar Bihari’s mother alleged that her son was murdered by his wife and her brother.
It is pertinent to mention, the 49-year-old POCSO court judge was found dead on Friday at his quarters. An FIR in this regard was lodged the next day by his mother at Markat Nagar police station.
