Titlagarh: The decapitated body of a youth was found on the railway tracks in Titlagarh of Bolangir district on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Bhakta Sahu (20), son of Nidhi Sahu of Khasbahal village under Bhadra Panchayat in the district.
The headless body of Bhakta was recovered from the railway line, about 100 meters away from Saintala railway station.
As per reports, Bhakta had a quarrel with his family members last evening. Following this, he left home. Today, his decapitated body was recovered from the railway tracks. It is suspected that he has committed suicide. However, the exact cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
Meanwhile, the police have reached the spot and seized the body for post-mortem. An investigation into the matter has been initiated.
