BTS’ J-Hope gives emotional group update after Golden Disc Awards win
Thailand: BTS might have decided to focus on their solo careers but the boys have an unbreakable bond and they have made it clear time and again. Bangatan Boys’ rapper Jung Hoseok aka J-Hope was recently at the Golden Disc awards where he bagged a couple of awards for himself and for BTS.
As J-Hope won the solo award with the support of his fans and also went onto the stage to accept the group awards for BTS’ popularity, the Bonsang for their album ‘PROOF’ and the Grand Prize, he made sure to thank his fans and his members who have made it all possible. The ‘MORE’ singer made it all the more meaningful for the fans who were waiting for a group update and J-Hope delivered in classic style.
While accepting the awards, J-Hope shared an update with ARMYs revealing that he and his fellow members recently gathered together for drinks. Jin, who is completing his military term of course missed this reunion. Before ending the speech, J-Hope said something that left BTS fans emotional. The South Korean star said he couldn’t wait for all seven members (J-Hope, Jin, Suga, RM, Jimin, V & Jungkook) to be back on stage together again.
He revealed that a day before the award ceremony, the tannies met up for drinks. In his speech, he also shared that he looks forward to the moment when the BTS members can come together and be on the stage together.
He said during his speech, “Yesterday, we had a drink, with the BTS members except Jin hyung who enlisted, we met after so long and it felt so good.” Hobi’s revelation left the ARMYs screaming and screeching. One of the fans wrote on Twitter, “OMG what do Tannies were together yesterday night Had Drinks and Ate and talked together expect Jinnie who’s in his duty PleaseI know what would have happened”
Hoseok is currently trending on Twitter as fans are totally impressed with his acceptance speech. He thanked the ARMY for being their constant support. He also thanked BigHit Music.
His cuteness also left fans rooting for him. He sweetly adjusted the mic to break into a little dance too.
