Bolangir: At least two persons were killed in a road mishap near the Rampur petrol pump in the Patnagarh area of Bolangir district.
The deceased have been identified as Asit Meher and Maleya Manhira, both residents of Tusura.
According to reports, the incident took place while they were on their way to attend a marriage party when their bike collided with the Jai Matadi Night Express bus near the Rampur petrol pump after crossing a divider leading to the death of two persons on the spot.
On being informed, Patnagarh police and Fire Services reached the spot and seized the bodies for post-mortem.
Further investigation is underway in this regard.
