Balasore: The Special Task Force have seized about 7 kg of ganja from the bag of a person at Markona bus stand under Simulia police limits in Balasore district.
The accused hails from Mardarajpur area of Ganjam district.
On the basis of intelligence input, a raid was conducted by a team of STF at the Markona bus stand against illegal transportation of Narcotic Drugs and seized the ganja from the accused person.
A case in this connection was registered under various sections of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act. The accused has been arrested and further investigation is on.
