Odisha has reason to celebrate as 18 bright minds from the state successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024.
The rigorous selection process, which included a written exam in September 2024 and interviews between January and April 2025, culminated in the final results announced by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Among the achievers, Ritika Rath secured Rank 48, emerging as the highest-ranked candidate from Odisha. She was followed by Devika Priyadarshini (Rank 95) and Aditya Acharya (Rank 96). Several other candidates from the state earned commendable ranks, reinforcing Odisha’s growing presence in India’s prestigious administrative services.
At the national level, Shakti Dubey clinched All India Rank 1, followed by Harshita Goyal (Rank 2) and Dongre Archit Parag (Rank 3). In total, 1009 candidates qualified for top-tier positions in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), and various Group A and B Central Services.
With this impressive performance, Odisha continues to demonstrate its commitment to excellence in civil services. The success of these candidates reflects their determination, hard work, and dedication to serving the nation.
