Odisha in-charge of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Vijaypal Singh Tomar has asserted that the saffron party will triumph in all future elections in the state.

Tomar made the announcement while participating in the celebrations marking the 47th foundation day of the BJP at the party’s state office in Bhubaneswar on Monday.

He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP has progressed significantly over the past 12 years and expressed confidence that the party would advance even further in Odisha.

“The BJP is the party of lakhs of workers and karyakartas. On this foundation day, I congratulate all of them. The party has moved forward due to the hard work of the workers and karyakartas. In the last 12 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken it further ahead. The BJP is winning all elections and will continue to win in the future,” he said.

Tomar stated that a BJP government has come to power in the state. He noted that their party candidates won in the recent Rajya Sabha elections and affirmed that the party would be victorious in all other upcoming elections as well. He also mentioned that the government is functioning smoothly in the state.

The programme was attended by Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida, former state president Samir Mohanty, Bimbadhar Kuanr and other senior leaders.

The BJP observed its foundation day by hoisting the party flag.
