Cuttack: Police arrested the notorious robber Hemant Das who is involved several daoit and loot cases. Badambadi police arrested him on a theft charge in Cuttack.
Recently, he had stolen cash and others valuables from a medical store in Badambadi area. A complaint had also been registered in this connection.
More than 100 cases in the state are pending in different police stations against him. He is also involved in theft cases outside the State.
There are more than 500 cases of theft, robbery in his name across the country. He was also active in is anti-social activities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata and Delhi.
Hemans is a resident of Hatasahi under Lingaraj police station in Bhubaneswar.
