Bhubaneswar: Notification for the conduct of by-election to the Padampur Assembly seat in Odisha was issued by the Office of Sub-Collector, Padampur on Thursday.
The last date for filing nominations by candidates is November 17. Candidates can file their nomination at the Block Development Office (BDO) between 11 am and 3 pm.
Similarly, November 18 and 21 have been set as the date for scrutiny of nominations and the last date for withdrawal of candidatures respectively.
The voting will be conducted on December 5, 2022 from 7 am to 6 pm. The counting of votes will be done on December 8, 2022.
