Nam Joo Hyuk Finishes Filming For “Vigilante”; Agency Gives Update On Military Enlistment Plans

Seoul: South Korean actor Nam Joo Hyuk’s agency has commented again regarding his upcoming military enlistment.

On December 20, a source from his agency Management SOOP shared, “Nam Joo Hyuk recently finished filming for ‘Vigilante.’ There is no follow-up schedule at the moment. He is currently waiting for his draft notice.”

Having been born in 1994, Nam Joo Hyuk is set to enlist in the military by this year. In October, his agency also briefly commented on the actor’s plans to enlist this December.

Nam Joo Hyuk’s upcoming drama “Vigilante” is based on a Naver webtoon of the same name written by Kim Kyu Sam. The drama follows the story of Ji Yong, a police university student who hunts down criminals that roam around society every weekend, reporter Choi Mi Ryeo who has caught on to his actions, and investigator Jo Heon of the Metropolitan Investigation Unit who is tracking down the existence of the vigilante that is receiving the spotlight from the media and political and business circles. Nam Joo Hyuk will be playing the role of vigilante Ji Yong.
