Twenty-seven-year-old Barsarani Behera, daughter of former Bari Block Samiti chairperson Bharati Behera from Jajpur district, lost her life in a devastating accident on the Baramunda flyover in Bhubaneswar on May 9. The tragic mishap also claimed the lives of two other bike riders, sending shockwaves across the city and leaving residents mourning the heartbreaking incident.
Barsarani, who worked at a private company, was reportedly returning home on her scooter when the fatal accident took place. After receiving the tragic news, her mother Bharati Behera rushed to the hospital and made a courageous decision that has now touched countless hearts across Odisha.
