Konark: In a tragic incident on Monday morning a Mo Bus and car met with an accident in Konark under Puri district following which the car driver died and 14 persons were injured.
According to reports, the accident took place between a car, bike and Mo bus. During the car and bike accident, the Mo bus driver lost control and dashed into a tree on the roadside.
As a result, more than 14 passengers were injured and the car driver identified as Satya Das of Satasankha Guidapokahari died on the spot.
On intimation, police and fire personnel reached the spot and with the help of the locals they rescued the other passengers and admitted them to the Puri hospital, said reports.
