Sunita Ahuja has once again sparked discussion around her marriage to Bollywood actor Govinda after making candid remarks about his alleged extramarital relationships in a recent interview. Her comments come amid ongoing speculation surrounding the couple’s relationship, which has remained under public scrutiny over the past year.

While Sunita has consistently denied reports of a divorce, she has openly spoken about challenges in her marriage. In a promotional clip from an upcoming podcast, shared by MissMalini, Sunita hinted at Govinda’s alleged affairs, saying, “Aisi ladkiyan bohot aati hain” (Such women keep coming into his life).

In the same clip, Sunita made a strong statement, declaring, “Main Govinda ko nahi maaf karungi” (I will not forgive Govinda). Though the full interview has not yet been released, her remarks have already drawn widespread attention.

Using a mix of emotion and humour, Sunita also issued a sharp warning, saying, “Main Nepal ki hoon; khukri nikal dungi na, toh sabki haalat kharab ho jaayegi. Isliye bolti hoon, satark ho ja beta, abhi bhi” (I’m from Nepal; if I take out a khukri, everyone will be in trouble. That’s why I tell him to be careful—there’s still time).

Speaking further about the alleged attention Govinda receives, Sunita added that he should focus on family responsibilities. “Tum 63 ke ho gaye ho. Tina ki shaadi karani hai, Yash ka career hai,” she said, referring to their daughter Tina and son Yashvardhan Ahuja.

Sunita also expressed disappointment over Govinda’s alleged lack of involvement in their son’s career. She stated that despite being Govinda’s son, Yashvardhan never sought his father’s help, and Govinda, too, did not extend professional support. “Govinda ne bhi uski koi help nahi ki,” she said.

Recalling a confrontation with her husband, Sunita shared that she questioned his role as a father, saying she had asked him directly, “Tu baap hai ki kya hai?” (Are you even a father or what?).

Earlier, Sunita had firmly dismissed divorce rumours during the 2025 Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Addressing the media, she said that seeing the couple together should put speculation to rest. “Koi hum dono ko alag nahi kar sakta,” she stated, adding that no one could separate her from Govinda.

Govinda and Sunita Ahuja were married in 1987. The couple kept their marriage private for several years before announcing it publicly following the birth of their daughter Tina in 1989.
