Koraput: At least four persons were injured in a road mishap at Jeypore-Koraput ghat on National Highway-26 in Koraput district on Saturday.
The identities of the injured persons were not known immediately.
As per reports, the incident took place when the driver of the goods-laden truck lost balance over the wheels and hit the cement-laden truck coming from the opposite side. Both the drivers and helpers of the two trucks sustained grievous injuries due to the impact of the accident.
The injured persons were immediately rushed to Jeypore District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) for treatment.
On receiving information, police reached the spot and launched a probe in this regard.
