Bhubaneswar: The CEO of a Jaipur-based company Verve Logic, Abhishek Jain, has become the “Coolest Boss Ever” after his company issued an unusual notification to its employees, granting a “Netflix and Chill Holiday” on September 3 to binge-watch Money Heist Season 5.
The firm, Verve Logic, shared a post on Twitter, featuring an email to the employees from the company’s CEO Abhishek Jain.

Soon after it made the headline with its unusual notification titled “Netflix and Chill Holiday”, RJs of Red FM Odisha, Ishaan, and Harshit, had an exclusive chat with Sourabh Jain, the business head of the company, in their show U Turn.

Describing Money Heist as one of the blockbuster web series, Sourabh said, we all including the CEO are big fans of the web series, and for which we decided to took this as an initiative to make our employees happy.
When asked about the participation and if there was any deal with Netflix, he answered ” I wish this could have happened probably. But it didn’t happened, they shared the letter and it’s a very big thing for us.”
When asked if he is made the CEO of Netflix for one day–what change he would have done, Sourabh said “I would have given all the employees Netflix’s lifetime subscription for free.
It may be mentioned here that apart from announcing a holiday to watch the webs series, the company is also providing Netflix subscriptions to employees, those who have not subscribed it yet, through their HR cell.
Thanking the employees, the business head of the company said: ” We all have workload and somewhere we could not be acknowledge it in offices. The intention is to reward the staff and get the employee rid off the false issues and reasons for the holidays.”
To motivate the employees to work on weekends, the organisation also had to do something for their relaxation, so that they should come upon and show their participation, he added.
Speaking about the response, Sourabh said, ” I feel that I have been a celebrity for one day, its totally unreal.” Lastly, he thanked everyone who put the small thing into the limelight
