Appointments Committee of Cabinet Approves Appointment Of Several IAS Officers

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following appointments:

• Manoj Kumar Panda, lAS (UT:86), presently in the cadre, as Chairman, National Authority Chemical Weapons Convention in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
• Anand, lAS (TN:87), Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs as Secretary, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare, Ministry of Defence upon the superannuation of Shri Ravi Kant, lAS (BH:84) on 30.06.2021.
• Renuka Kumar, lAS (UP:87), presently in the cadre, as Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs upon the superannuation of Shri Pramod Kumar Das, lAS (MP:86) on 30.06.2021.
• K. Dcv Verman, lAS (MN:88), Special Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post vice B. Anand, lAS (TN:87) upon his appointment as Secretary, Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare.
• Indevar Pandey, lAS (WB:88), Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Pensions & Pensioners Welfare as Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development upon the superannuation of Shri Ram Mohan Mishra, lAS (AM:87) on 30.06.2021.
• Sanjay Kumar Singh, lAS (MP:87), Special Secretary, Department of Agricultural Research & Education & Secretary, Indian Council of Agricultural Research as Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Pensions & Pensioners Welfare vice Indevar Pandey, lAS (WB:88) upon his appointment as Secretary, Ministry of Women & Child Development.
