Bhubaneswar: Doorstep Covid-19 vaccination of people age above 45 years began in the state capital today by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Currently, the inoculation drive is underway at six apartments, including Balaji Apartment at Jharpada, BMC Bhawani Enclave at Saheed Nagar and Cosmopolis at Dumduma.
As part of the programme, the civic body is reaching out to Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs). It has set a target of inoculating 200 people at each apartment, informed Zonal Deputy Commissioner (ZDC) Anshuman Rath.
Earlier, BMC had conducted doorstep COVID test in several apartments here.
