Keonjhar: The body of a youth was found hanging from a tree in a cashew orchard in Patana locality of Keonjhar district this morning.
The deceased has been identified as Sanjan Moharana, a resident of Mushakhari village.
According to reports, the matter came to the fore after some locals spotted the body hanging from a tree and immediately alerted the police about the same.
On being informed, police reached the spot and recovered the body for post-mortem.
Though the exact reason behind the death is yet to be ascertained, the family members of the deceased have alleged that someone might have murdered Sanjan and later hanged his body to spark speculations of suicide.
