Bhubaneswar: A youth climbed atop an advertisement hoarding in Sishu Bhawan square to stage a protest on Wednesday.
The protester has been identified as Muktikant Biswal, a social activist from Rourkela.
According to reports, the youth took this extreme step after he denied meeting CM Naveen Patnaik over various projects.
