Woman Steals From Delhi House, Caught In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar: A woman, who worked as a maid in Delhi, was apprehended from Bhubaneswar on the charges of committing theft in the National Capital.

The accused has been identified as Sujata Mahapatra of Saliasahi.

According to available reports, Sujata who was appointed as a maid at a house in Dwarkanagar, grabbed the opportunity to steal while house owners were not in the house and decamped with cash and ornaments worth lakhs.

On being informed, Delhi police registered a case regarding the matter and launched a probe.

Following a thorough investigation, Delhi police Sujata in Bhubaneswar. Later, with the help of Commissionerate Police, cops nabbed Sujata.

Delhi Police have also taken Sujata for transit remand.
