Sambalpur: Tushar Kant Pandey has taken over as the Divisional Railway Manager, East Coast Railway, Sambalpur on 24th January.
Before his joining as DRM/SBP, he was Divisional Railway Manager, Central Railway, Nagpur. He is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers of the 1992 Batch. He has a degree in Civil Engineering from IIT Roorkee, an M.Tech. from IIT Delhi, MBA from FMS University of Delhi.
Shri Tushar Kant Pandey has vast and rich experience in all spheres of railway working in various Zonal Railways and Railway Board in various capacities.
He started as Assistant Divisional Engineer, Fatehpur in the year 1995 and then worked in various capacities as Senior Divisional Engineer (Co-ordination), Dy. Chief Engineer and Chief Engineer in Railways. He has also shouldered the responsibility of being the Director and Executive Director of the Railway Board and RDSO.
He is trained at prestigious institutes like ICLIF/Malaysia, INSEAD/Singapore, and ISB/Hyderabad. Shri Pandey has also represented Indian Railways twice in AREMA/ Chicago USA.
