New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has warned of stern action against malpractices in examinations conducted by the Commission.
In its latest notice, the SSC has said: “Anyone found to be disclosing, publishing, reproducing, transmitting, storing or facilitating transmission and storage of test contents in any form or any information therein in whole or part thereof or by any means like verbal or written, electronic or mechanical or taking away the rough papers supplied in the exam centre or found to be in unauthorized possession of test content will be considered as serious misconduct and will be debarred or disqualified from exam.”
It has also asked candidates to refrain from creating any obstruction during the conduct of exam. “If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of exam or creating disturbances at the exam venue, the candidature of the candidates shall be summarily cancelled,” the Commission has informed candidates.
The SSC has further clarified that such candidates shall also be liable to be debarred from future exams of the Commission and legal proceedings could be initiated against him/her.
Disciplinary and legal action would be taken against such candidates as per rules and such matters would be reported to police, if necessary, said the SSC.
