Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Shri Naveen Patnaik today announced to provide 15 days casual leave per annum to the employees of all newly granted aided educational institutions in the state and full maternity leave to the women employees.
During the district visit of 5T and Naveen Odisha Chairman Karthik Pandian, proposals were received from the employees of aided educational institutions and their unions in different areas. After discussing this with the Chief Minister, the CM has taken this decision.
This will benefit about 33,420 employees (teaching and non-teaching) working in 2560 High schools, 940 Upper primary schools, 39 Sanskrit Tolls and 138 Madrasas in the state.
