Bhubaneswar: With the minimum temperature continued to drop across the state, as many as 10 places stood below 15 degree Celsius in the past 24 hours.

G Udaygiri in Kandhamal district recorded a minimum temperature of 7.5 degree Celsius followed by Similiguda in Koraput district with 9.7 degree C.

The cold wave conditions also continued in Phulbani, Daringbadi, Koraput, Boudh, Bolangir, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda and Keonjhargarh that recorded 10 degree C, 12 degree C, 12.5 degree C, 13 degree C, 12.5 degree C and 9.7 degree C respectively.

On the other hand, Sundargarh recorded the highest maximum temperature of 34.0 degree C in the last 24 hours. While Baripada (district headquarters town of Mayurbhanj district) experienced moderate fog, Malkangiri had shallow fog.
