Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi extended his heartfelt congratulations to Pramod Dalpati and Jitendra Pradhan, two meritorious students from Odisha, who were felicitated by the Prime Minister with the ‘All India Topper Award 2025’ at the Kaushal Deekshant Samaroh in New Delhi.
Pramod Dalpati, a student of Government ITI Phulbani, Kandhamal, excelled in the Electronics Mechanic trade. Jitendra Pradhan, an alumnus of Government ITI Hinjilicut, Ganjam, and currently a student at NSTI Bhubaneswar, topped the Electrician trade.
The Chief Minister wished both students a bright future and expressed pride in Odisha’s vocational training and skilling ecosystem. He noted that their achievement brings glory to the state and highlights the success of Odisha’s skill development programs
