Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik condoled the death of Prashant Mohapatra, former Odisha cricket team captain, and son of late sculptor and Rajya Sabha MP Raghunath Mohapatra.

According to reports, Prashant, a former Ranji player, was critical after being infected with COVID infection and had been admitted to the ICU at All India Institute Of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Bhubaneswar.
Earlier, on May 9, his father, Raghunath Mohapatra, had also died at the premier medical institute days after testing positive for the virus.
