Balasore: Unidentified miscreants barged into the Nitai Gour temple in Nabara village in Balasore district and decamped with gold ornaments worth over Rs. lakhs.
The incident came to light this morning when the temple priest reached the temple for morning rituals of deities. He noticed the key to the temple broken and the gold ornaments of the deities missing.
He immediately informed the temple authorities about this who then called the police. the police on intimation reached the spot and initiated a probe into the matter to catch the thieves.
