Bhubaneswar: The Excise officials seized ganja worth over Rs. 80,000 and arrested a smuggler at V.S.S. Nagar, near Jagannath Hotel in Bhubaneswar and arrested the peddler.
The smuggler has been identified as Sadashiv Dikshit (50).
Acting on a tip-off, the team of cops conducted a raid in that area and arrested the peddler. the entire cannabis worth over Rs. 80,000 seized from his possession. The accused has been forwarded to the court. A case under the NDPS Act has been registered in the police station against the accused.
