Just ahead of the festive season, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has gifted the residents of Bhubaneswar major infrastructural additions, focusing on affordable housing for the homeless and sports facilities for the youth.
The Chief Minister inaugurated two key projects and laid the foundation stone for another under the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA).
