Sundergarh: An Additional Tehsildar of Sonepur district has been arrested for sexually exploiting a girl on the pretext of marriage.
The accused has been identified as Rupak Kujur (32), Additional Tehsildar of Binika in Sonepur district.
According to reports, the victim in her complaint alleged that after years of “sexual exploitation”, he refused to marry her when she asked to tie the knot
Based on the complaint, Police registered a case against Kujur under several sections of IPC and initiated a probe.
