Kalahandi: Dharamgarh police in Kalahandi district busted an Indian Premier League (IPL) betting racket and arrested one person. The illegal betting was busted at Kendumundipada during a raid led by Dharamgarh sub-divisional police officer (SDPO) Dhiraj Kumar Chopdar on Monday.
The arrested person has been identified as Rakesh Ranjan Choudhury.
A sum of Rs 75,000, seven cellphones, laptop, cash counting machine and other incriminating documents were seized from the spot.
