Bhubaneswar: A construction site in Bomikhal area of the city has reportedly put a board of leading Odia daily ‘Pragativadi’ and building a high-rise tower under the brand’s name.
While Pragativadi feigns any association with the said site, now the question arises— Who, Why and How someone has started construction work by using the name of Pragativadi?
The question also arises if the Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has given approval for the ‘illegal’ construction underway in Bomikhal or not. If Yes, whom did the BDA ask?
Mischief Mongers are ruling the roost in the city and using the brand name Pragativadi to carry out their illegal projects.
The illegal construction underway in broad daylight points fingers towards the department concerned for giving approval for the same.
