Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Higher Education Department (DHE) has revised the timeline for e-admission into UG courses for the academic year 2022-23.
The timeline has been revised for e-admissions in all +3 degree Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) including self-financing (degree) HEIs, Sanskrit (shastri) of the State under Student Academic Management System (SAMS).
Revised Timeline:
- Publication of first selection merit list: September 7
- Admission and online data updation of admitted students in first selection (data updation shall continue up to 7 pm on September 11): September 7 (2 pm onwards) to September 11 up to 5 pm) (including Sunday)
- Filling up of slide-up option form online by admitted students: September 7 to September 11 (11:45 pm)
- Publication of second merit list: September 16, 2022
- Admission and online data updation of admitted students in second selection (data updation shall continue upto 7 pm on September 19): September 16 (2 pm onwards) to September 19 (up to 5 pm) (including Sunday)
- Publication of vacant seats in SAMS website and e-space of Higher Education Institutions: September 20
- Availability for filling of CAF (SPOT) in the existing applicant’s login with new choices (Maximum 5 choices with respect to HEIs/subjects): September 21 to September 23
- Publication of SPOT selection merit list: September 28
- Availibility of intimation letter in applicant’s login (SPOT admission): September 28 to October 1, 2022
- Document verification and admission of the selected applicants (SPOT Admission): September 28 to October 1, 2022
- Final admission data updation in the e-space of respective HEIs (SPOT Admission): October 1, 2022
Collection of admission fees at respective HEIs (after completion of all phases of e-admission process for the session 2022-23): Dates to be notified by Higher Education Department later
