Bhubaneswar: The prime accused in Pari rape and murder case has not given his consent for a narco test. The SIT had sought permission for such a test of the accused.
The accused was brought by Nayagarh police from Bal Sudhar Griha in Angul to be produced before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) on Friday.
Reports said the accused has informed the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) in writing that he is not prepared for a narco test as sought by the SIT.
Earlier, the SIT was in trouble after the court had declared him as a minor. This SIT is again in soup after the accused is not willing for a narco test.
