In a remarkable feat at the Miami Open 2025, 19-year-old Jakub Mensik defeated the legendary Novak Djokovic in straight sets (7-6, 7-6) to claim his first ATP Tour title.
Mensik, the second-youngest titlist in the tournament’s history, showcased incredible composure and skill to overcome both his opponent and a nearly six-hour rain delay in Florida. The victory denied Djokovic his milestone 100th tour-level title.
