Bhubaneswar: On 2nd of November 2023, Sikh Historian and Author: Sri Abinash Mahapatra who is presently The State President of Punjabi Global Foundation (Odisha Chapter) honoured Shri V. K. Pandian (I.A.S. (Retd.) : Chairman 5T (Transformational Initiatives) & Nabin Odisha at Nabin Nivas (Hon. C.M.’s Residence) for being designated with new honorifics.
Shri Mahapatra honoured the Chairman of 5T with a Commemorative Momento related to 325th Khalsa Sirjana Divas of Sikh Religion along with his authored book: The Sikh History of Odisha which has been prefaced and highly applauded by Hon. Chief Minister Sri Naveen Patnaik.
