Bhubaneswar: Several places across Odisha are now reeling under intense cold wave conditions. Semiliguda in Koraput district recorded a minimum (night) temperature of 2 degrees Celsius which was the lowest in the State.
The twin cities of Cuttack and Bhubaneswar recorded minimum temperatures of 11.5 and 10.5 degrees celsius respectively.
