Baramulla: A retired police officer was shot dead by terrorist firing in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.
The deceased has been identified as Mohammed Shafi, a retired Senior Superintendent of Police. He was reportedly praying inside a mosque when the attack occurred.
After the incident, the J&K police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation into the case.
